Loola Cosmetics is a cruelty-free cosmetics line. Our products are never tested on animals
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
All of our products are formulated with vegan, paraben, and gluten-free globally sourced ingredients. Loola Cosmetics cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen-free environment.
Does Loola Cosmetics ship internationally?
Yes! Loola cosmetics ships to over 200+ countries, and provide a variety of efficient fast, and cost-effective options to our customers via DHL Express, FedEx, and Canada Post.
How is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays (72hrs) may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email from Loola Cosmetics will indicate the processing time frame.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a confirmation of your order that includes tracking details. You can enter the tracking number into your selected carriers website, and it will advise you of the whereabouts of the package.
If you have not received, and email with your tracking number after 4 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox or contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered in PayPal when placing your order.
Please be sure your mailing address is correct as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that we get your Loola Cosmetics dose to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. We ship via Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx. We offer first class standard shipping to Canada (4-7 business days), 1-3 business days via FedEx or DHL. International orders may take up to 7-15 business days via Canada post or 2 - 10 business days via DHL or FedEx.
Does Loolacosmetics.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (with the exception of orders to the UAE which require a P.O. Box). If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be canceled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the canceled order.
We will gladly accept exchanges only on Lipsticks and eyeshadows within 3 days of receiving your order if we didn't send you the right item. Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges not authorized by Loola Cosmetics or that are unsealed and or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. We will send a shipping label for approved exchanges. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I order online?
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product, shade and quantity, choose "add to cart."
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping bag, where you can click on "View cart & Continue Shopping" to view the items in your cart.
3. When you press to check out simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press submit order.
4. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. You can sign up to be notified via email when a product is back in stock on the product page.
I received an error message while trying to place an order, what do I do?
