How do I check on or contact someone about an order I have placed?

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a confirmation of your order that includes tracking details. You can enter the tracking number into your selected carriers website, and it will advise you of the whereabouts of the package. If you have not received, and email with your tracking number after 4 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox or contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered in PayPal when placing your order. Please be sure your mailing address is correct as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that we get your Loola Cosmetics dose to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. We ship via Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx. We offer first class standard shipping to Canada (4-7 business days), 1-3 business days via FedEx or DHL. International orders may take up to 7-15 business days via Canada post or 2 - 10 business days via DHL or FedEx.
Does Loolacosmetics.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (with the exception of orders to the UAE which require a P.O. Box). If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be canceled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the canceled order.
